To achieve the high-end quality of our dental zirconia, we
integrate a combination of superior knowledge, the finest
equipment, and an extensive range of experience. So how do we do
it?:
1. We apply key production processing knowledge from Japan.
2. For complete density consistency throughout our dental zirconia
products, we utilize the fully automated Cold Isostatic Press
system from Germany. As a vitally important aspect of our
production, the Cold Isostatic Press provides perfectly uniform
pressure.
3. The heart of our production lies in our Jumbo Furnaces from
Germany. Fully equipped with intelligent computer controls, each
cycle can load 100kgs.
4. To insure accuracy of shrinkage, we employ the use of a
Shrinkage Analysis Robot from Japan.
5. And finally, we thoroughly conduct a strength and toughness test
with the finest instruments from Japan.
6. We use Zirconia powder made in Japan.
